ABOUT ME
MY STORY
Hi there! I’m Katrina (she/her)! I am thrilled that you are considering coaching or spiritual mentorship with me and excited to work with you! I am a LIFE COACH & SPIRITUAL MENTOR who walks with clients as they deconstruct and heal from the effects of harmful systems, whether they be institutions like organized religion, academia, or corporate work, or social systems like diet culture, internalized capitalism, or sex and gender biases. My coaching and other work centers around advocacy and empowerment for those who seek to deconstruct and dismantle the systems of oppression that obstruct flourishing.
As a neurodivergent individual with ADHD, I have never fit into just one niche, but rather, have spent my life finding new ways to relate to myself and to the world around me. I love learning above all and most of my interests have allowed me to continue pursuing knowledge unceasingly. From music, to literature, to food and wine, and finally theology and psychology, my professional and educational pursuits have brought me into closer relationships with myself, my world, and the people around me.
Katrina has a Master of Divinity from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and a B.A. in English and Education from Middlebury College. She resides in Los Angeles County, CA with her family. Outside of coaching, she teaches and writes. Her passion for stories and writing not only lives in her professional life, but is expressed through her hobbies, especially table top role playing games.
Katrina is a classic “jack-of-all-trades,” and this is one of her greatest strengths. Her ability to empathize with anyone she meets, as well as her practical knowledge of a variety of professional industries, personal interests and hobbies, allows her to not only relate to but advise a diverse group of people.
